Infrastructure Support and Services for IT and ITES

MashUp comprises of  a highly experienced team of professionals to provide a basket of services required for operations establishing and managing off-shore development center (ODC), Back office processing center (BPO) and other IT enabled service (ITES) facilities.   • Hiring technical and non-technical resources starting with key management resources, project managers, tech leads, consultants and developers etc.
  • Identifying proper office location, furnishing and developing physical infrastructure.
  • Establishing and managing accounting activities including day-to-day Book keeping, bank operations, preparation of financial Statements like Balance Sheet, P&L statements, cash flows, funds flow, filing of IT returns, and compliance of Statutory requirements by GoI, GAAP etc.
  • Creating and managing IT infrastructure including Local Area Network, Wide Area Connectivity, Communication facilities, Work station machines for individual developers, Data center facilities with appropriate Servers, Switches, Structured cabling, Email Servers, Firewall, Operating Systems, Media Back up, Power back up etc.
  • Developing and constantly improving the business process between parent office and India center to ensure that India center meets business objectives quarter after quarter. Technical teams for a product company, and projects through professional services consultants for a consulting company, can be managed. For others, day-to-day operations can be looked after.
  • Establishing and managing HR practices including developing staff policies in line with organization’s culture, attendance & leave procedures, growth plans for individual employees, retention policies.
  • Training of resources on a continuous basis for soft skills as required. Technical training can be arranged through third parties. Specialized training like PSP and TSP can also be organized.
  • Giving Administrative Support including front desk, transport and travel services,  canteen, office up-keep, receipt & dispatch etc.
